- For fast, secure service, be sure to provide:
- Primary physician’s name
- Pick-up address
- Shipping company (FedEx or UPS)
- Time of pick-up
- Location of Sample
For same-day pick-up, please call between 9 am and 4 pm.
FedEx pick-ups: A three-hour time frame
UPS pick-ups: A one-hour time frame
